Canon in DI am so in love with the tune, Canon in D, now.I have heard of this tune before and I already like it when I first heard the tune. I even had it in my handphone as a ringtone for a certain group of friends. I chanced by this youtube video yesterday and IMMEDIATELY I was mesmerized by it... I like this version much better, especially the front part of it. It sounds a bit sad to me but I know there are people who use this as their wedding march-in song. I look through the net to find this version but I can't seem to find anything close to it. : ( I am listening to it whole of last night, right till before I fell asleep... A thought came into my mind when I was listening to it before I fell asleep... i would love for this song to be my wedding march-in song but I only want this version. There will be a piano and a pianist playing the tune when I walk in the aisle with my other half. How lovely it would be. Hmmm... but I guess I have to find the other half first in order for that to happen. Here's the link to the tune, in case you would like to hear it as well...

Happy Birthday, DoreenWe had a mini family birthday celebration for my dear cousin, Doreen, last Saturday. It is her 18th birthday. How sweet, isn't it, to be 18? It seems so long ago that I was that age. : (Happy Birthday, pretty. Hope you had enjoyed yourself and like the pressie that we gave you. ![]() At midnight, we went for prawning again. Somehow whenever we are prawning, the 3 hours seem to past very fast. Like all the other times, we enjoyed the process of prawning. It was fun and will definitely do it again. I thought I have more things to write but my migraine is affecting my thinking. I can't think properly now and feel like puking. Sorry...

Prawning AgainIt was Labour Day yesterday and I went prawning with my family and cousins. It was the 2nd time in the last 2 weeks that we went prawning. We are quite hooked to this new activity now as you can see (2 times in 2 weeks). Both times, we prawned for about 3 hours cos' buy 2 hours get 1 hour free. The price for the 3 hours range from $26 - $30 (peak / non-peak hours). It is not exactly cheap nor expensive (in my opinion). Of course if one is to weigh the value in relation to the amount of prawns that we caught, then I would say that it is expensive but I personally feel that it is not about how many prawns you catch but more the process of doing something different (from the usual activities) together as a family.I had enjoyed it both times. I am sure I will be doing it again real soon. Might be going for a midnight prawning session since they open 24 hours... Meanwhile, enjoy some pictures from yesterday's trip... ![]() Cousin N persistent on catching a prawn (in whatever position) :P ![]() Caught? Lost the prawn together with the bait? ![]() Raw cockles... Yummy... ![]() ![]() Nieces Shayne & Rae enjoying the prawning session
